Experience
After university, Scott  started his career working for some of the most respected executive recruitment companies in the UK, before becoming an Interim Provider in 2004. He has over 15 years experience in running and building consultancy businesses, including some of the best known brands in UK food and drink recruitment. 

Scott has spent the last ten years as an award-winning Interim Provider & Headhunter to the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing sector, where he has helped clients such as Coca Cola Enterprises, Baxters and Tayto improve their business performance and acquire the very best leaders. He has also helped smaller, exciting, growing SME businesses successfully transform their organisations for the better.

He has an unrivalled network of senior executives within the UK Food & Drink sector, many of whom have worked with him repeatedly on numerous assignments. A qualified coach and trainer, Scott has also successfully run many interim career-coaching courses.

In the 2013 Institute of Interim Management Interim Service Providers’ survey and guide, five Principle Leaders of Interim Provision were singled out for praise, of which Scott was one.

Responsibilities
Heading up the FMCG Practice, Scott and his team are responsible for finding the very best leaders and transformational teams across all disciplines, including the provision of board-level executives and professionals in Operations, Technical, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commercial and Development/Innovation.
