In respect to Alium Partners Ltd, I have worked with the company for almost six years and have worked directly for them for the past 2 years at Director level, working directly with CEOs and Boards. I have both been hired by the company to provide interim services to the healthcare sector and have also in turn, recommended Alium Partners to other healthcare providers looking to hire senior interims.
The company runs on a very different set of principles, even from those of most of the top 5 interim recruiters in the healthcare business. Having passed their highly selective recruitment and selection criteria and subsequent interviews for each new role, I can confirm that they are rigorous, forensic and unyielding in their approach to ensure client satisfaction and importantly delivery of business outcomes.
There are none of the usual tacky long drawn out conversations had by many of the top five companies; for example the daily rate and expenses are quite simply as they are and importantly, Alium never, NEVER quibble about the daily rate, expenses or commission margin; it is simply not the done thing, personal experience tells me that this may be regarded as quite simply not good manners.
