Alium Partners launched the first of its series of business breakfast briefings for Finance Directors on the 11th March.

Archie Norman was our guest speaker, and provided a fascinating dialogue on his wide variety of experiences including the well-publicised turnaround at Asda, and his more recent forays into private equity ventures. The group was made up of senior finance professionals from both public and private sectors, who were able to network informally with Archie and colleagues, swapping and debating ideas under Chatham House rules.
