Our client approached us to assess 3 short listed candidates for this senior strategic marketing role.
Using tests and in-depth work-based structured interviews against an agreed competency framework, we collected behavioural evidence. The candidates completed high level verbal and abstract reasoning tests and an on-line broad based personality measure. Personalised reports were prepared, summarising key strengths, development needs, their limitations and a psychological profile. We had an open discussion with our client to share and explore both our conclusions and the client’s own views on each candidate to ensure the final evaluation was rounded and complete.
