Interim Head of Review
26/03/2008
A Central Government Department wished to undertake a major Review but wished to have improvements made as the Review progressed.
The Public Sector practice was invited to identify an interim management professional who was capable of undertaking a Review and had the necessary experience to enable change to occur whilst the Review was still underway.
A highly experienced and capable interim was identified who made an immediate impact and with the accountability afforded by the department in question, was able to effect coherent change as the Review progressed.
