Interim Management: A View From The Top
Our Interim Annual Survey results are in! We asked 1000 senior interim execs for their opinion on the economy and the marketplace; digging deep into the how they work with different organisations, the sectors using interim managers, and what areas of business benefit from interim expertise the most.
Interim Primary Project Outcome
75% of those interims surveyed say the #1 Primary Project Outcome is Transformation and Programme Management. Interestingly, the popular misconception that interim management is predominately used for businesses in crisis, was the least cited reason for an organisation to hire an interim: both here in the UK, and overseas. This trend also underlines the improving economy, something which is highlighted by 91% of participants.
