David Bishop Within Alium, David is ultimately responsible for all aspects of finance, Company Secretarial, compliance, HR, IT and the running of the back office. His experience and exposure to larger commercial organisations has facilitated the implementation of synergies into a smaller, but rapidly growing business, such is the profile of Alium. As part of his role, David has recently completed projects to restructure the IT, telecommunications and mobile working capability within Alium – delivering to the Board the means to meet its strategic aims and financial objectives. He has driven the improvement of internal processes, embedded them in the business and directs the continuous development of the company CRM database as a strategic business tool.
