Following the success of the Introduction to Interim Management training day, Alium Partners are proud to announce our “Marketing Yourself As An Interim” course.
Whether you are an established interim, or relatively new to interim management, this course will provide some excellent proven ideas and techniques designed to help you win assignments. Research tells us that a lot of interim managers are technically very good at what they do, but would like to know more about how to market themselves successfully using a wide-ranging, diverse, 21st Century marketing mix.
Who’s running it?
Conducting the course is Alium Partners’ Practice Head and Training Lead, Scott Hutchinson (pictured). Scott has nearly two decades of experience recruiting for prolific interim users and is one of the pioneers of interim provision. He is also a qualified trainer and career coach. Recently, the Institute of Interim Management named Scott as one of the principle leaders of the industry in their annual survey. He was fully behind the marketing of his last two interim businesses and is uniquely placed to provide inside knowledge as a part of the Alium team.

The course will be very interactive, with the emphasis of an open and engaging learning environment. We will cover all of the above and more. Most of the marketing you will learn is either free or very low cost but effective. This day will help in adding value and gain that crucial next assignment.
