Our registration process
To register with Alium, please read the guidance below, then fill in your details and upload your CV.
We recommend that all applicants read our CV Best Practice page before submitting their CV. Please submit your CV in Word format, avoiding formatting such as tables, charts or boxes if possible. This wil make your CV more accessblie and enable faster registration.
Our selection criteria
To enable us to meet our clients’ needs, we apply strict selection criteria which potential interim managers must fulfil to join our talent pool. You must demonstrate:
- a commitment to a career working as a professional interim manager
- prior experience of holding a Board, Operating Board, Head of Function role for at least 5-10 years
- experience of working in a multi-sector background or have a particular sector focus in one of our key industry areas
- proven experience of completing a minimum of one interim management assignment
Responding to your application
Our consultants review all applications thoroughly. We aim to respond to all applicants within two weeks but, due to the high volume of applications received, this may take longer. We confirm by email whether or not applicants have been accepted onto our database. If we feel we are unable to register your details, we will refer you to other companies we feel may be better positioned to assist you.
We regret that we are unable to give individual feedback to candidates whom we are unable to register. (Please note that registering with Alium does not guarantee assignments.)
