Experience
Before joining Alium, Sophie worked for two years as an Executive Search and Selection Consultant within the Education Practice at Veredus. There she supported secondary, further and higher education clients with executive search and selection requirements at director level and above. Prior to this, she spent three years as a Secondary Teacher of Art and Design. Since joining Alium, Sophie has worked as a Resourcer and Consultant before being promoted to Head of Practice for General Management  in 2013.
 
Responsibilities
As Head of the General Management practice, Sophie works closely with a variety of clients across the private and public sector, delivering innovative interim management solutions to their organisations. Typical requirements include change and transformation, business improvement, mergers and acquisitions and growth and leadership. She works with have a range of interim managers including Managing Directors, CEOs, Board Members and high level General Managers, all who have a proven track record of delivery.

Sophie holds a BA Honours Degree in Fine Art Textiles from Norwich University College of the Arts (previously Norwich School of Art and Design) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Secondary Education from Goldsmiths College, University of London.
