Experience
Emma brings a wealth of experience to Alium having been in the recruitment industry for over 15 years.  She has an enviable reputation for delivery based on a high touch approach to both clients and senior interims.
 
Responsibilities
Emma leads the Procurement and Supply Chain Practice as well as an additional role as a Strategic Account Director for the Telecoms sector, working closely with Stuart Hinkley and Chris Williams.  Her primary role is to manage several major accounts in the Private and Public Sectors, where her focus will be to develop key relationships based on becoming a trusted business partner.
