Experience
Bruce has over 20 years’ experience in IT professional services, initially with Ernst & Young and Accenture, before moving into executive search with Norman Broadbent and then Harvey Nash. Most recently, he worked for leading networking forum CIO Connect, with account responsibility for a portfolio of FTSE 100 and 250 CIOs.
 
Responsibilities
With a strong understanding of IT issues and the CIO agenda, Bruce is focused on developing and growing Alium’s IT capability, with an emphasis on the establishment of long-term partnerships. He works with large-scale organisations in both the private and public sectors, placing senior interim IS leaders into CIO, programme management and head of function roles.
